Easy Taquito Casserole

This was so fast and easy to make for the family! It was yummy too! I put some olive oil in the bottom of a 9x13 baker. I put one single layer of frozen ready-to-heat-and-serve taquitos in the baker. I peeled apart 5 cheese sticks and layered those mostly in between the taquitos. I covered that with 3 slices of cheddar cheese. Put one more layer of taquitos, peeled cheese sticks, and cheddar cheese on top. Pour a can of enchilada sauce over the whole thing. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Cut and serve!

Ingredients:

~24 frozen taquitos 

8-10 cheese sticks 

6 slices of cheddar cheese (or maybe something spicier!)

1 can of enchilada sauce
