These aren't your Momma's Meatballs!
It's fast, easy, delicious, and new! It's the perfect alternative to Sweet and Sour Meatballs. My family had been asking for tacos for days on end, which inspired me to come up with this Mexican Meatball dish!
Fill your slow cooker with ready made frozen meatballs (I used about 3 pounds).
In a mixing bowl, mix together:
Pasta sauce: I used a 45 ounce jar of Target's Market Pantry Traditional Pasta Sauce.
Chili Sauce: I used a 12 ounce jar of Heinz Chili Sauce.
Taco Seasoning: I used a heaping cup full of Target's Pantry Essentials Taco Seasoning Mix.
Heat: I used a few hearty shakes of Cayenne Pepper.
Pour the mixture over the meatballs and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
Feel free to adjust the amount of Cayenne according to your preference!
