Refashioning Fun!

I just can't seem to get enough of sewing kippot out of different types of fabric, from all different kinds of places!  I found these adorable lounge pants in a super soft jersey fabric that I knew had to be repurposed into at least a few kippot for a friend of mine who is a Boston Red Sox fan!!!

Here it is!  A fully lined (in white cotton) kippah, which if you don't know is a Jewish ritual headcovering usually worn by males in a synagogue.  They can be very formal or very fun!  Sometimes creativity is key in convincing a kid to keeping the kippah on!  I've made them out of t-shirts, sheets, pillowcases, and other commonly found household fabrications...  Thanks for stopping by!
